One copy of stamp size coloured Photo-graph with School Uniform for Identity Card should be submitted along with declaration form to the Class Teacher.

Previous Year's Identity Card will not be valid for the current academic year.

Identity Card is compulsory for all students.

The Schedule (Exam, Holidays etc.) may be changed due to any unavoidable circumstances.

Computer Studies : Compulsory subject from class K. G. to Class XII.

Punctuality : All students are required to report to school minimum 15 minutes before the schedules time.

Other then studies, students are required to attend all programs, Tours, Excursion Camps, Sports, Functions, Outside Trainings, N.C.C. etc. on compulsory basis. Students may be called on Sundays, holidays and even beyond normal timings.

Truancy: Guardians must check the School Dairy everyday.

Attendance:

1. 80% attendance is compulsory for all students.

2. Below 80% attendance, students will not be allowed to appear for Annual Examination. Class X & XII students having attendance below 80% will not be allowed to sit for the Pre-Selection Test & they will not be eligible for Boards Examination.

3. No request by the Parents / Guardians will be entertained in this regard.

Absence on Medical Ground: Medical Certificates along with prescription must be submitted along with a written application by the Guardian stating reasons and dates (Period) of absence and details of student, to the Principal.

Fees

1. Fees are subject to change according to the decision of the School Authority

2. Collection Timing: 08.00 AM to 1.00 PM

3. All fees must be paid on or before 10th of every current month. Failing which defaulters will have to pay Rs. 100/- for every calendar month as late fee fine. After 2 months the name of the defaulter will be struck from the school register. In Case of re-admission of such student, full admission fee will be charged.

4. Guardians / Students must fill up all the columns in the fees slip before tendering the same to the fees counter.

5. Guardians / Students are required to collect Money Receipt against any type of payments from the receiving official.

Any queries or discussions: Parents may contact the Principal personally between 09.00 hrs to 11.30hrs on any working day. In any case Guardians are not allowed to contact the Class Teachers directly. Other then Father & Mother, School Authority will not talk to any other type of Guardians.

Any Damage to school property by the students is liable to be replaced entire/ portion/ set/ area with new by the parents.

Any misbehavior with the Teacher/ Staff/ Management by the students is liable to be suspended from the school or T.C. will be issued depending on the merit of the case.

One Calendar month's notice must be given in writing by the Parents / Guardians before the withdrawal of their ward / wards or else the fees for the period will be charged. No school leaving (Transfer Certificate) will be issued until all dues according to the school regulations are cleared along with the T.C. charge.
